He is a great negotiator when it comes to contracts he stuck by us through all the ups and downs. No matter what questions we had to ask be at the time of day or night he was always there to answer the phone. We did a lan home package which is considerably complicated when it comes to contracts but he was there to make sure that all surveys got done and if a problem did arise he took it to a personal level to get it solved. I feel like he definitely went well above and beyond what any other realtor would do for their client.

My dad has dementia and I (his daughter) have power of attorney. I live 2 hours south. Jeb (John E.B. Stewart) was great at talking to my dad (and patient), keeping me informed, and sending me papers to sign electronically so I didn't have to make the drive every time. He helped smooth the way when I was doing the signing and my dad might have been feeling left out. He helped me connect with a repairman to get a few things fixed up before he took photos. Jeb made the whole experience less stressful and the sale seemed to take no time at all once all the forms were signed.
