Lundy’s is located in Live Oak and use only the best systems.  Here is a picture of a septic located on vacant land.  This is important to know when your are considering location of a new home.  During a septic inspection the curd is pumped out and the inside of the septic is inspected for cracks.  They can also looked at septic drain fields currently in operation to see if they need to be replaced.  Usually back ups inside the home are an indicator.
